Our functional training zone at Springwood is equipped with all the equipment you need to complete a Functional HIIT Session; including battle ropes, free weights, the sled and bikes.

The real fun stuff happens at Springwood when the experts train in the MMA Zone. Here, you’ll find beginner to advanced classes including No-Gi Submission Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jiitsu, Wrestling, MMA, Boxing and Muay Thai. If you’re not up for a class just yet, why not just come and watch? We have a grand stand that oversees the MMA Zone.
