Merging blisteringly intense coach-led training circuits developed by fitness experts and coaches and synced to pumping music and visuals, this new series will get your heart racing. Build your strength, coordination and learn new skills in a variety of classes designed to push you and your fitness to the limit.

New to HIIT? Our coaches are there to guide you throughout. No matter your fitness level, Arena will boost it to new heights.

We’ve created a series of classes drawing from leading HIIT, functional and MMA-based training to ensure you get the best results every time. Train differently and get motivated working out in a group. Compare how hard you’re working against your teammates with an optional MYZONE heart rate monitor – all synced to your mobile and the big screen. With four class formats each with seven variations, you’ll never get bored training at Arena. Read more about the classes below.

Boxing Burn

Get out your gloves and wraps for this 45 minute boxing inspired HIIT workout.

Casino Royale

Complete cardio, strength and functional rounds of varying lengths and watch out for the Jackpot rounds!

Ninja Run

Complete Ninja runs between strength and conditioning rounds. Work on your Ninja skills of core, strength, balance, plyometrics and agility.

The Drop

Make it through multiple intense drop sets rounds to face your partner in the FINAL COUNTDOWN.


Complete Rep Challenges to make it through the Labyrinth of functional, strength and cardio stations.

Switch Kick

Switch between strength and cardio stations and Combo Rounds. You will get a complete upper and lower body workout with Switch Kick as well as learning simple combos.

The Gauntlet

Complete 20 rounds and 10 GAUNTLET rounds in a punishing circuit. Count your reps and work your way up the leaderboard.

*All Championship Series Formats do not require you to have a partner. You work as hard as you can in the designated rounds. The coach is there every step of the way to assist and motivate.

Muay Thai

Team up for this feel good, high intensity all out blast. Leave nothing in the tank in this session by focusing less on the skill development and more on maximum volume and effort. Burning up to 790 calories in a session the coach will lead you through a combination of Strike and Ground moves. Using Thai Pads, Shields, Bags, Grapple Dummies and other speciality equipment. You’ll punch, kick, push, pull and move through an electrifying conditioning workout like no other.
