Getting Started With FIT SERIES
New to FIT SERIES and looking to get the skinny on how it works? We have your questions answered to make sure you get set up easily and waste no time in getting straight into HIIT.
WHAT IS FIT SERIES ALL ABOUT?
FIT SERIES is a program designed to achieve maximum results in minimum time. These high intensity, coach-led workouts are purely functional in nature, and are suitable for beginner or advanced levels of fitness. FIT SERIES classes are also supported by demonstrational screens that assist as you sweat from one station to the next in any given 30 minute session.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Once you have gained membership to FIT SERIES, simply download the Arena app, create your profile and schedule your first class, or alternatively, you can book through the website. This brings you to the booking portal and ensures that we know you are coming. Please note, you must book your class in advance and arrive approximately 10 minutes before class starts. You can book up to 10 days in advance which means you have the opportunity to plan out your week in advance.
HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS?
When you are a FIT SERIES member, you can simply use your swipe to gain access to the club. Once you are at FIT SERIES the coach will check you in on the booking iPad and you are all set!
HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I DO TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE?
The number of classes you participate in depends on your own fitness levels. As classes are only 30 minutes in length, you can start off light and build up frequency to your desired level. 4 classes per week is about the norm.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
For FIT SERIES classes, please bring a towel, water and your gym access card. Trainers are also required for these class formats.
