You will strike pads throughout this intense cardiovascular workout, toning and conditioning your body with the help of your qualified MMA coach. You will enter the Arena as a single person, and you will leave as a part of a team. Red faced and heart rate high. This class will push you to your max, leading to a euphoric rush of endorphins post-workout that will keep you coming back for more.
