Our strength classes focus around one of the most effective training strategies in the industry: High Intensity Interval Training. This style of training has been scientifically proven time and time again to be the MOST effective way to build strength, burn fat, and gain lean muscle.
Using H.I.I.T. methods, you are priming your body for an extended caloric burn for hours AFTER you stop working out. This is called Excess Post Oxygen Consumption; better known as your EPOC level.
