The HIIT format of this workout will also give you the *EPOC (calorie afterburn) effect for hours after you’re done. The coach will inspire and guide you safely through a pumping and energising team based training session.
STRENGTH HIIT focuses on major compound movements that works predominantly legs, chest, back and core. In conjunction with use of movement based resistance exercises such as sleds you can expect to see a big increase in your overall power. Working in intervals, combining strength and movement based exercises will condition your body to perform at its maximum potential for longer periods. Regular sessions will also condition your body to recover quicker from high intensity based training.
